If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service, our products or any aspect of our web site, please contact us at once. We will work hard to resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied with any of our products you may return the unused and undammaged product for a full refund. If you are unsatified with any of our wines, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to replace the wine or extend a refund.

| Shipping and Delivery of Wine Accessories: |
| Wine Accessories are shipped via UPS, FedEX express, or local delivery service. We can ship accessories and supplies to all U.S. States and Canada. |
Shipping Times: Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability. In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary. |
How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped? All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by customer. If your order requires expedited shipping service please call us at 253-848-1521. Depending on destination, please allow 4-7 business days for shipping. |

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: All wine accessory orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are exempt from free shipping offers and will be charged an additional $10.00 handling fee.

| Shipping & Delivery of Wine and Alcoholic Beverages: |

We ship via UPS, FedEx express, or local delivery service. An ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED at the time of delivery. We suggest delivery to a commercial address, for ease in obtaining the signature. The carrier will make up to 3 attempts, since someone age 21 or older needs to sign for any delivery of wine or a wine gift basket. We always try to ship the business day following your order.

United Parcel Service delivers to many areas. You can also save shipping charges by picking up your wine at our Puyallup, Washington warehouse. The wine bottles are packaged in sturdy corrugated cardboard and are easily recycled. The packaging is designed to protect the bottles during shipment. In order to insure that the age requirements are met and to protect the security of credit card information, every new member is contacted by a wine club representative. Northwest Wine Quest is licensed in Washington, and ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, IIlinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennesee, Washington, Wyoming, Wisconsin and Washington D.C. We no longer ship to states that require a special permit.

Damaged Goods:

If you received an item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item, please call us immediately at 253-848-1521 or email us at support@northwestwinequest.com . Please keep the item(s) for 10 business days for possible inspection by carrier. After 10 business days simply dispose of the item(s). Note: You must report a damage claim within 10 business days of delivery, any damage claim after that point will not be replaced. Please note that it takes 5 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our Damages Center.

Returns:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions and must be able to be resold. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. |

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@northwestwinequest.com or 253-848-1521. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact us for a shipping address. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our Returns Center. |

| Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items: |
For items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Return Policy for Wine and Wine Club shipments:

All wine products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment. You may return any unopened item in its original condition. Products returned after 30 days may not be accepted for refund as decided by Northwest Wine Quest. All wines must be via 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. Wine may not be returned via Ground Service and will not be refuned if done so. Ship your wine returns to the following address: Northwest Wine Quest, LLC., 8502 67th Ave E, Puyallup WA 98371.
