Q.: Why is this better than finding the wines at my local wine store?

A: Our selection of artisan wines, are often not found in the local wine store.  Because many of our featured wineries make less than 1000 cases of wine each year, these wines may be difficult to find.  As we find new wines, we screen them and have tasting panels to select the best wine(s) from the featured boutique winery.  We have taken the guess work out for you.

Q: If I have a question regarding the wines you are featuring, can I speak to someone for help?

Q: What if I do not like the wine you send to me?

A: At Northwest Wine Quest, we want our customers to be happy.  Customer Service is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with your Northwest Wine Quest experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with the wine we send to you, please call us or email us so we can work with you to replace it, substitute a new wine, or give you a refund. 

Q: Is there a minimum quantity of bottles for every order?

A: No.  We will ship you one bottle or more.  However, shipping and handling will be charged accordingly.  When you place an order for twelve or more bottles (a case), the shipping is free.

Q: Are there membership fees or dues for the wine club?

A: There are no membership fees or dues for wine club members.  Once you join the club, you will automatically be sent two bottles of premium artisan wine each month and your credit card will be charged for the agreed amount.  However, you may choose to cancel your membership at any time and for any reason.

Q:  Are there age restrictions placed on orders from Northwest Wine Quest?

A: Northwest Wine Quest complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol to minors.   On all wine sales, we clearly state the following:

  1. No purchase may be made by anyone who is under 21 years of age.
  2. Before becoming a member of the wine club, the person must provide, under penalty of perjury, confirmation that they are at least 21 years of age or older .
  3. All shipments require an adult (21 years or older) signature; proof of age will be verified by the delivery carrier.
  4. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.

Note:  If no adult will be available at your home to sign for the package, we strongly recommend that you have your wine delivered to your office.
